The rules for using Prezz.io — written in plain English.
Prezz.io is operated by ADEXO Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By using Prezz.io — including our app and website — you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Prezz.io platform, including gift senders and recipients.
Prezz.io allows users to purchase and send physical gifts to others without requiring the recipient's address upfront. Recipients claim gifts by entering a redemption code and providing their own delivery address.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Prezz.io and make purchases. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use Prezz.io only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
To send gifts or receive gifts via a personal handle, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You may choose a public username (handle) which will be visible to other users. You are responsible for ensuring your handle does not infringe any third-party rights or violate our prohibited use policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include the cost of the gift and a service and delivery charge. The total you are charged will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Airwallex. We do not store your payment card details. By making a purchase, you authorise us to charge the displayed amount to your chosen payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent, placed using stolen payment details, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. In such cases, we will not fulfil the order and will reverse the charge where possible.
If your payment is reversed by your bank or payment provider after an order has been fulfilled (a "chargeback"), we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the amount owed, including through debt collection or legal proceedings where necessary.
When you purchase a gift on Prezz.io, you receive a redemption code to share with your intended recipient. The recipient must claim the gift through the Prezz.io app and provide a valid delivery address in a country we serve.
Redemption codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the code expires and no refund will be issued.
Physical gift fulfilment is handled by our third-party fulfilment partner, Ongoody. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by our fulfilment partners, couriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We currently deliver to the United States only. Gifts can only be claimed to addresses in a served country. If a recipient is unable to provide a valid address in a served country, we are unable to fulfil the order and no refund will be issued in this circumstance.
Product images and descriptions are provided by our fulfilment partners and are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in appearance may occur. Where a product becomes unavailable, we or our fulfilment partner may substitute it with a comparable item of equal or greater value.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a gift order has been placed, except in the following circumstances:
In these cases, please contact us at hello@prezz.io within 14 days of delivery with evidence of the issue. We will work with our fulfilment partner to resolve the matter, which may include replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Unclaimed gifts (where the recipient never redeems the code) are not eligible for a refund after the redemption window has passed.
If you have a concern about a purchase, contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to find a fair resolution.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADEXO Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Prezz.io, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Prezz.io shall not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for the actions of third-party fulfilment partners, couriers, or payment processors, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
All content on Prezz.io — including the app, website, design, logos, and copy — is owned by ADEXO Ltd or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our service without our written permission.
Product images and descriptions remain the property of the respective brands and fulfilment partners.
You may delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
Upon termination, your right to use Prezz.io ceases immediately. Any outstanding gift orders that have already been placed and paid for will be fulfilled where possible. Unredeemed gift codes issued by you may no longer be claimable after account termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Prezz.io shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer based in another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by this clause.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of Prezz.io after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
